BREAKING: SUNY Fredonia Building “All-Clear” After Bomb Threat Issued

FREDONIA-Fenton Hall at the State University of New York at Fredonia was given the all-clear at 11:45 A.M. Wednesday after another bomb threat was issued according to a University Police alert obtained by WNYNewsNow.

This was the third bomb threat issued in the last two months on campus. One student told WNYNewsNow they feel the threats aren’t being taken as seriously as they should.

“I feel each threat is being taken seriously each and every time,” they said. “No details have been released on the first two bomb threats, let alone this one. Even worse, nobody has been held accountable for these careless actions.”

The student said they’re afraid people won’t take another threat, one involving an actual bomb, won’t be taken seriously.

“I really hope that nothing ever happens, because it will probably be so normal by then that people won’t take it seriously until it potentially takes someone’s life.
