FALCONER – Several law enforcement authorities are involved in a high-speed chase with a KIA Optima. The man driving the vehicle is reportedly holding a woman at gunpoint, according to scanner reports.
The hour long chase ended at the corner of Stowe and Falconer Streets in the City of Jamestown late Friday evening.
