BUFFALO – A federal jury Friday convicted three people involved in the double-slaying of two members at a clubhouse in Western New York nearly four years ago.
David Pirk, National President, and Timothy Enix, a former regional president, were convicted of conspiring to kill Paul Maue and Daniel “DJ” Szymanski. Former member Andre Jenkins, who is already doing life for the crime, also conspired in the murders.
The double-slaying took place outside of the North Tonawanda clubhouse in September 2014.
The trial unfolded over the course of several months and involved 60 witnesses being called to testify.
WNYNewsNow has learned that the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Buffalo will hold a news conference this afternoon to discuss the verdict.
