Cosmic Tubing Comes To Peek N’ Peak, Offers Snow Boarders Mesmerizing Atmosphere

PEEK N’ PEAK – The all-new Cosmic Tubing will transform nighttime snow tubing into a thrilling and mesmerizing atmosphere, featuring an ever-changing light show produced by thousands of LED lights and projection lights on select dates at Peek N’ Peak ski resort.

The lights will pulse, fade and change in coordination with an immersive sound system. On select dates, the massive sound and light program will be operated by a live DJ.

In between runs, tubers are carried to the top of the hill by a Magic Carpet Lift, which is similar to a conveyor belt. No need to struggle with hooking to a moving cable or hauling your tube to the top of the hill!

Snow Tubing Hours are as follows: Dec. 26 – Dec. 31, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Jan. 1. 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Jan. 2-3, 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., Jan. 4 , 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Jan. 5, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Jan. 6, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

There is no additional charge for Cosmic Tubing, which begins at dusk..

Also, new this year – guests can heat up with hot cocoa, warm sandwiches and soups served right at the base of the Snow Tubing Hill! Or, head to the nearby Retreat Building for a full menu featuring burritos, pizzas, grill combos and more.

Snow Tubing Rules are as follows: Tube in a courteous and safe manner, no tubers under the age of three, one rider per individual tube, no exceptions, linking Tubes are a maximum of two in narrow lanes, four in group lanes, must be seated inside tube or laying on stomach, no standing or kneeling.

Reckless tubers will lose their tickets. No ski boots or snowboard boots allowed. Tubes provided at the arena are the only equipment allowed in the tubing arena. Damage to equipment from improper use will result in restitution for equipment. Remove sharp objects before tubing.

Also, no ski equipment is allowed in tubing arena, no alcoholic beverages are allowed and only one person per tube is allowed.
