GERRY – It’s time to saddle up for a tradition that dates back to the 1940s. The 74th Annual PRCA Gerry Rodeo starts Wednesday and runs throughout the weekend.
The Gerry Rodeo has become a must see family tradition in Chautauqua County and is the oldest consecutive rodeo east of the Mississippi River.
The competitions include bareback Bronc riding, tie down roping, saddle Bronc riding, bull riding, steer wrestling, barrel racing and team roping.
Also available is the locally famous Western Beef BBQ Dinner.
Presale adult dinner and event tickets are $22 for adults and $13 for children. Presale show only tickets are $13 for adults and $7 for children. At gate tickets are $24 for adult show and meal and $14 for children show and meal while event only live sales are $16 for adults, $9 for children and $12 for seniors age 60 or older.
