Mental Health Association Executive Director Steps Down

JAMESTOWN – The Executive Director of Chautauqua County’s Mental Health Association has stepped down.
Kia Briggs stepped down late last week after serving the organization for 11 years.
Briggs will be replaced by Steven Cobb, a longtime case worker at the center.
Cobb said he is looking forward to furthering the Mental Health Association’s message of recovery for those who come to them for help.
Briggs was honored during a ceremony Friday. The Brocton native accepted an opportunity that would allow her to be closer to her family.
