JAMESTOWN – Justices from the New York State Fourth Appellate Division will hear oral arguments in a regular session of court at the Robert H. Jackson Center on Thursday, Oct. 25.
Oral arguments will begin at 10 a.m in the Jackson Center’s Cappa Theatre. The bench will include Chief Justice Gerald J. Whalen, Justice Erin M. Peradotto, Justice John M. Curran, Justice Shirley Troutman and Justice Patrick H. NeMoyer.

At 1:00 p.m. will be “A View From the Bench” with Justices Whalen, Peradotto, Curran, Troutman and NeMoyer. This will be followed at 1:30 p.m. with an “Overview of the Attorney Disciplinary Process & Recent Developments” by Chris Lindquist, Principal Appellate Court Attorney. The final session will be a conversation with the Hon. Salvatore R. Martoche on “The Opioid Crisis ― It’s Personal.”
