The Jackson Center To Welcome Federal Judges

JAMESTOWN –  The Jackson Center will welcome Chief Judge Frank Geraci, Jr., Judge Elizabeth Wolford and Judge Lawrence Vilardo on Friday, Oct. 26, at 1 pm to share their opinions on the best practices in federal court.

Robert H. Jackson Center Executive Director Deke Kathman announced that the Jackson Center has invited three United States District Court judges from the Western District of New York to appear.
The district court of the Western District of New York is one of 94 federal district courts in the country established by Article III of the U.S. Constitution. Each state has at least one federal district court and, given the density of its population, New York State has four district courts that are designated by region.
The center will welcome distinguished attorneys Terrence M. Connors, a partner with Connors, LLP and Rodney O. Personius, a partner with Personius Melber, LLP.
Connors has been ranked as the number one lawyer in all of upstate New York by Super Lawyers Magazine for the past seven years.
Personius is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York and, like Connors, has extensive experience practicing in federal court.
Guests are asked to register for the CLE online at www.roberthjackson.org/events, or by  calling the Jackson Center at (716)483-6646 by Oct. 22. The event is free.
