JAMESTOWN – A teenager was arrested on Sunday after a reported domestic incident led him to become verbally abusive with officers, according to a media release.
Officers said they were dispatched to the corner of Washington and Isabella shortly before noon.
Police said when they arrived they encountered a male and a female.
The release said the boy, later identified as being 16-years-old, started yelling at citizens and police.
The unidentified boy was charged with obstructing governmental administration.
He is at city jail awaiting arraignment.
