STOW – On Wednesday, New York State Police charged James Morris, 35, of Jamestown, with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
Morris was pulled over on I-86 in Stow for allegedly speeding and, according to police, failed several field sobriety tests and was arrested. Morris was transported to State Police Jamestown barracks where a State Police Drug Recognition Expert determined Morris was under the influence of Narcotics and Marijuana.
Morris was issued tickets for the Town of North Harmony Court and released. Morris is scheduled to appear in the Town of North Harmony Court at a later date.
