JAMESTOWN – A Bemus Point man is facing numerous charges following a traffic stop and subsequent foot chase with JPD on Wednesday night.
Joshua Danielson, was observed operating a truck in the area of McKinley and Barrett Avenue shortly after 8:00, police said.
Officers said they confirmed that Danielson had outstanding warrants and then attempted to conduct a stop on his truck.
Danielson allegedly pulled his truck over and jumped out. leading police on a chase.
Authorities said they were able to track Danielson down and take him into custody.
In addition to being picked on felony the warrants, police claim Danielson was in possession of drugs.
Danielson was arraigned in Jamestown City Court this morning and remanded to county jail this afternoon without jail.
