BEMUS POINT – A Bemus Point man allegedly possessed carisoprodol, a controlled substance, without a prescription, and a suboxone strip during a traffic stop Monday on Dutch Hollow Road, according to the New York State Police.
Jeremy Shepherd, 44, was reportedly clocked driving 96 mph in a 55 mph zone. Shepherd was arrested and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Shepherd is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellery Court at a later date.
