Bradford Man Charged With Unlawful Possession

JAMESTOWN –  New York State Police Troopers charged Jeremy Miller, 48, of Bradford, Pa., with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop Monday on I-86.
Miller was pulled over on I-86 in Jamestown for speeding, troopers said. Troopers allegedly smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search of Miller and his vehicle revealed two bags containing five grams of marijuana, police said. Miller was issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellicott Court later in the month.
