PORTLAND – An investigation Thursday into a past-tense larceny revealed a Brocton man allegedly took property forcefully from a woman in front of her juvenile children and left with that property, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
Paul R. Dunn III, 36, was arrested and charged with third-degree robbery, petit larceny and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Dunn was arraigned and remanded to County Jail on $25,000 cash/$50,000 property.
