Buffalo Man Charged With Unlawful Possession Of Marijuana

KENNEDY – New York State Police arrested Malcolm Strutchen, 26, of Buffalo, for unlawful possession of Marijuana Friday after a traffic stop on Route 62.

Troopers said Strutchen was pulled over for an alleged traffic violation and while speaking to Strutchen, the troopers allegedly smelled marijuana from inside the vehicle. Police said a search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a container under the passenger seat containing 3.5 grams of marijuana. Strutchen was issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Poland Town Court later in the month.
