Buffalo Man Facing Drug Charges After Traffic Stop

DUNKIRK – A Buffalo man is facing drug charges after police stopped a unregistered vehicle on West Lakeshore Drive East over the weekend.
38-year-old Rodney Clyburn and 35-year-old Jerome Sellers were asked to exit the vehicle after Sheriff Deputies allegedly observed a bag of marijuana sticking out of Sellers’ pocket.
After a pat down police said Sellers had a controlled substance as well as marijuana.
Both were released on an appearance ticket.
Clyburn for operating a unregistered motor vehicle and Sellers for possession of drugs.
Both are scheduled to appear in the City of Dunkirk court later.
