BUFFALO – A pair of Buffalo residents face multiple felong drug and weapon charged follwing their arrest Wednesday by the New York State Police.

Troopers said Wesley C. Cunningham, 38, and Brittney D. Fuhrey, 29, both of Buffalo were arrested for possessing 1.77 grams of Heroin, approximately 40 grams of Methamphetamine, about 23 grams of Marjuana, two grams of Cocaine, four counterfeit U.S. currency bills, a stolen generator and a loaded firearm.
The two were charged with felony third-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, felony fourth-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, felony fifth-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, seventh-degree Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, second-degree Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, felony third-degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon, felony second-degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon, felony first-degree Possession of a Forged Instrument and felony fourth-degree Criminal Possession of Stolen Property.
Fuhrey was also charged with felony first-degree Promoting Prison Contraband.
Both subjects are being held in the City of Buffalo central lockup for the above listed charges. No bail information or return court date information available at this time.
