Buffalo Woman Hit With DWI Charge

JAMESTOWN – New York State Police charged a Buffalo woman with Driving While Intoxicated Monday after stopping her vehicle on Rt. 60.
Sherell Tanner, 47, of Buffalo, was charged after Troopers responded to a report of a rolling domestic incident where Tanner was allegedly driving south on Route 60 while drinking beer and being verbally abusive to the caller.
Tanner was arrested after failing several field sobriety tests and transported to the Jamestown barracks, where she provided a breath sample of .13 percent,
Tanner was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Ellicott Court and released.
