CHERRY CREEK – Police arrested a man after they discovered him in a house during an incident that was reported as a burglary-in-progress Saturday.
State Police said 32-year-old Terrence Musala was caught in the house with another person who he is legally ordered to stay away from.
The home owner, who was not home at the time, was contacted by police but refused to press charges.
Musall was arraigned on first degree criminal contempt.
He’s currently in Chautauqua County Jail.
