City Man Accused Of Smashing Girlfriend’s Cellphone During Dispute

JAMESTOWN – City Police say a city man allegedly smashed his girlfriend’s cell phone during a domestic dispute Thursday morning at 110 Kidder St.

Officers say they discovered the woman crying outside upon arrival. Terrance J. Hubbard, 30, was located moments later in the residence per police.

Hubbard was charged with 4th degree criminal mischief and aggravated family offense, with the latter charge stemming from a previous domestic violence conviction within the last five years.

Hubbard was taken to city jail without incident.
