JAMESTOWN – A city man was arrested Wednesday evening while allegedly in possession of nearly four grams of crystal methamphetamine when the taxi-cab he was riding in was involved in a traffic stop, according to the Jamestown Police Department.
Officers reportedly observed Jeremy S. Gross, 36, leaving the residence of 339 Delaware Ave, where JPD says a person has a valid order of protection against Gross.
Gross allegedly attempted to dispose of a quantity of the crystal methamphetamine while seated in the taxi. He was charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second degree criminal contempt.
Gross is currently in City Jail awaiting arraignment.
