JAMESTOWN – Alex C. Peru, 22, of Jamestown, allegedly prevented a 24-year-old woman from calling police during a domestic incident at 520 Palmer St. Wednesday morning, according to the Jamestown Police Department.
Peru also allegedly damaged the woman’s property. Peru was charged with two counts of criminal mischief, and was transported to Jamestown City Jail to await arraignment.
