JAMESTOWN – A city man was arrested and charged Monday afternoon following a domestic dispute involving a knife at 102 McKinley Ave., according to the Jamestown Police Department.
Jimmy A. Schauers, 34, was reportedly outside the residence when officers arrived. Investigation revealed Schauers was the aggressor, according to police. Schauers reportedly had a warrant out of the Town of Busti.
Schauers was transported to Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment. He is charged with aggravated family offense, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.
