City Man Charged In McKinley Avenue Domestic Dispute

JAMESTOWN – A city man was arrested Thursday afternoon after he allegedly threatened to kill a victim before damaging property at 54 McKinley Ave. according to the Jamestown Police Department.
Frank J. Bindics Sr., 41, was located at 51 Glasgow Ave., a few hours after the alleged incident was reported, and charged with 1st degree criminal contempt, aggravated family offense, 4th degree criminal mischief and 2nd degree harassment. Bindics was reportedly in direct violation of a City Court-ordered stay away order of protection.
Bindics Sr. was transported to city jail.
