City Man Charged With Felony DWI

JAMESTOWN – James Godwin, 39, of Jamestown, was arrested Sunday for felony drunk driving after he allegedly provided a breath sample of .17, according to the New York State Police. 
Godwin was originally stopped on I-86 for speeding, where he allegedly failed several field sobriety tests. Godwin was charged with felony DWI due to a DWI conviction within the last 10 years.
Godwin was then processed, issued tickets and released, to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court at a later date.
