City Man Faces Criminal Contempt Charge

KENNEDY – A Jamestown man was charged by New York State Police with second-degree criminal contempt when he was allegedly found in a motor vehicle with a woman who had a protection order against him.

Troopers said they stopped a vehicle on I-86 Monday and identified Marshall Robbins, 28, as subject toan order of protection.
Robbins was arrested and taken to the Jamestown barracks. He was arraigned in City of Jamestown Courts and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
