JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown male was arrested and jailed pending arraignment after a domestic dispute at 5:59 a.m. Saturday at 26 Chapman St., Apt. 2.
Jamestown Police have charged Marcus J. Holland, 28, of Jamestown with felony third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree obstructing government administration and second-degree harassment.
Police said Holland tried dragging his female victim by her hair, allegedly ripping out a clump of it. He also allegedly broke her cell phone by throwing it against a wall.
Holland fought with officers during his arrest, police said.
