City Man, Juveniles Allegedly Cause More Than $30K In Damage

JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown man faces numerous charges after he, along with three juvenile males, allegedly caused more than $30,000 in damage to homes, businesses, and vehicles along First Street and the Riverwalk between the time period of Nov. 21-26, according to the Jamestown Police Department.

Additionally, Kyle J. Seekings, 21, and the juveniles allegedly threw rocks and snowballs at moving vehicles from the viaduct on North Main Street and Foote Avenue. 

Seekings is charged with six counts of second-degree criminal mischief (D Felony) and seven counts of third-degree criminal mischief (E Felony). The three juveniles will be petitioned to Family Court.

Seekings is currently in the Jamestown City Jail awaiting arraignment.
