City Man Threatens Woman With Paintball

JAMESTOWN-A Jamestown man was arrested Friday evening after  he threatened a woman with a paintball gun during a domestic dispute at a Chandler St. residence according to the Jamestown Police Department.

Grant H. Monroe, Jr., 40, no address given, allegedly had an order of protection placed against him by the woman. Monroe, Jr. was reportedly arrested a short time later at a Southside residence.

Monroe, Jr. was charged with Aggravated Family Offense (felony), three counts of 1st degree Criminal Contempt, 3rd degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon and 2nd degree Criminal Contempt.

The suspect is currently being held pending arraignment.
