JAMESTOWN – Leslie H. Heckathorn Jr., 23, of Jamestown, was charged by Jamestown Police with obstruction of governmental administration and unrelated warrants at 11:03 a.m. Thursday.
Police said while on a warrant check Heckathorn saw them and ran into his apartment. During the investigation, Heckathorn was found hiding in an attic crawl space and taken into custody. He was remanded to the City Jail and held for court.
