KIANTONE – A Jamestown teen was arrested in connection with Tuesday morning’s stabbing on Peck Settlement Rd. according to the New York State Police.
Justice W. McBride, 17, was allegedly involved in an altercation with two other people, who reportedly suffered stab wounds. One victim was treated and released and the second victim was transferred to Hamot Medical Center and is currently listed in stable condition per State Police.
The Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI) charged McBride with 1st degree assault, a B felony, 2nd degree assault, a D felony, and criminal possession of a weapon 4th degree.
McBride was arrested and arraigned in the town of Kiantone Court and was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
Jamestown Police assisted with this investigation, which is ongoing as a criminal matter.
NOTE: We confirmed with State Police that McBride’s name could be released despite his age. This is due to him being charged as an adult.
