City Woman Accused Of Punching, Biting Man While Holding Infant

JAMESTOWN – A city woman is accused of punching a man numerous times and biting him in the arm, all while holding a 6-month-old infant, during a Sunday morning domestic dispute at 237 Crescent St. according to the Jamestown Police Department.

Toni Lynn Hubbard, 21, also allegedly grabbed the man by the throat and attempted to shove him down a flight of stairs. The man reportedly had an order of protection against Hubbard prior to the incident.

Hubbard was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree reckless endangerment, endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree assault.
