JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown woman was arrested Tuesday evening in a Price Street residence that she was unwanted at while allegedly under the influence of an unknown substance, according to the Jamestown Police Department.
Officers said they discovered Noel L. Luciano, 38, lying on a bed in the residence. Luciano also allegedly possessed a small quantity of methamphetamine and a suboxone strip.
Luciano is charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance in addition to six active bench warrants out of the City of Jamestown.
Luciano was treated at UPMC Chautauqua and released.
