CLARENCE-A Clarence woman was arrested Sunday after she struck a parked vehicle on Circle Ct. while drunk before leaving the scene according to the New York State Police.
Kelley Perkins, 39, address not listed, reportedly stopped and exited her vehicle to survey the damage before leaving without reporting the accident or speaking to the parked vehicle’s owner. Perkins allegedly dropped her phone before re-entering her vehicle.
Perkins reportedly called the damaged phone while troopers interviewed the victim. Troopers reportedly arrested her at her home after she gave them her address.
Perkins allegedly provided a breath sample of .19%.
The 39-year-old was charged with Aggravated DWI and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage. She was released with a return court date in Clarence Court.
