Cocaine, Marijuana And Domestic Violence

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY RESERVATION-A Reservation man is out on bail after troopers discovered cocaine and marijuana during a domestic violence call at Redeye Dr. Sunday evening according to State Police Captain Eric Balon. 

Lawrence R. Henhawk, 44, reportedly had cocaine and marijuana placed on a counter inside the home. Henhawk’s girlfriend told troopers he assaulted her per Balon.

Three children, who were present but uninjured, were placed into the care of a family member. The victim, meanwhile, was transported to Lake Shore Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Henhawk was charged with 3rd degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (Felony), three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor, 3rd degree Assault and 7th degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Henhawk will appear in Town of Perrysburg Court at a later date. Additional charges are pending.
