BUFFALO – A criminal complaint obtained from the U.S. Attorney’s Office by WNYNewsNow Thursday morning revealed more details regarding the alleged activity made by Scott Aikens, 60, an agriculture teacher at Clymer Central School charged with possession of child pornography.
Aikens allegedly registered with a Thai-based pornography website (WNYNewsNow is redacting the website) on November 8, 2017, according to a sworn written affidavit from Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent Nicholas Melchiorre.
Aikens’ username was “EJD”, according to Melchiorre, with an email address listed as edjz@aol.com. The last activity with the account allegedly used by Aikens was on December 20, 2017.
The complaint states that between November 8 and December 20, Aikens amassed 233 credits while posting 15 public comments. Aikens reportedly didn’t post any private comments, and didn’t upload any pictures.
Credits to the website can only be obtained either through uploading pictures, or through donating money to the website via True Money, a Thai-based money transmitter, according to the complaint. Melchiorre’s statement said that Aikens’ credits, therefore, came from financial contributions.
Aikens, under the username “EJD”,  reportedly posted the following public comments on various pictures (again, viewer discretion is advised):
11-8-17 “Sweety boyyy”

On March 6th, according to the complaint, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security issued a summons for Charter Communications (d.b.a Time Warner Cable) to obtain information for the IP Address. The IP Address’s account was listed under the name Scott Aikens of 9251 Rt. 474, Clymer, with the email listed as saikens@stny.rr.com.
Scott and Connie Aikens, according to the affidavit, moved out of the 9251 Rt. 474 residence on June 30, 2018. Another summons to Charter Communications reportedly revealed that the same Scott Aikens now resides at 9343 Rt. 474, which was confirmed by the United States Postal Inspection Service.
HSI agents reportedly conducted surveillance of Aikens’ new address on July 18, and discovered that two vehicles in the driveway were registered to him.
The HSI was able to obtain a warrant on September 6th, which they executed last Friday. During the search, multiple electronic devices were reportedly recovered, including a laptop and two desktop computers. Aikens was sitting in front of a computer which allegedly contained multiple images of young prepubescent males with their genitals exposed, with some of them appearing to have erect penises while sitting in a sauna.
Aikens reportedly asked agents, “Is this about the Internet?” He reportedly admitted to the HSI agents that, over the last several years, he viewed child pornography on the redacted website. He also, according to the complaint, admitted that he was “EJD,” and that he used ejzd@aol.com to view the child pornography.
In addition, Aikens reportedly told agents that they’d find a couple hundred videos of child pornography on the seized computer. The affidavit states that Aikens admitted that he has a preference for viewing boys ages 12-14 engaging in sexual acts with other underage boys.
On Monday, agents reportedly found file names consistent with child pornography on the hard drive of the defendant’s laptop and in his download folder. HSI agents, on Tuesday, allegedly found downloaded pornography on Aikens’ laptop, which was saved to his documents folder last Friday.
Agents reportedly discovered a video of two prepubescent boys engaging in manual and oral stimulation of their own and each other’s genitals.
Aikens was released on $50,000 cash bail and is remanded to home detention.

  1. Complete bullsh**. He is out on bail. They shouldn’t give ppl.like him bail. Then to top it off he will get probation. But the person who has an addiction to drugs wont get any help but a 5to10 year prison sentence.
