Convicted Meth Dealer Arrested After Allegedly Violating Probation

GOWANDA – A convicted meth dealer, who reportedly violated his felony probation, has been arrested, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
Ryan Pisa, 38, pleaded guilty to a third-degree attempted unlawful manufacturing of meth, a class E felony, in September of 2016.
The original incident that spurred his current legal problems occurred more than two years ago when Pisa was arrested in a raid on Commercial Street by members of the Southern Tier Drug Task Force.
A media report documenting the 2016 raid said police discovered lab equipment and precursor chemicals for the manufacture of methamphetamine.
