JAMESTOWN-Two city residents were arrested Saturday during a CPS visit to 80 Hazzard St. according to the Jamestown Police Department.
Kimberly Seriven, 37, and Merle Smith, 35, were both charged with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
