SILVER CREEK-A Silver Creek man wanted on several drug charges was arrested early Wednesday morning during a street check on Central Ave. according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Dalton S. McCurdy, 30, Alleghany Rd., was charged with 3rd degree Unlawful Manufacturing of Methamphetamine, 2nd degree Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 7th degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument.
McCurdy was remanded to county jail on $20,000 cash/$40,000 property bond.
