DUNKIRK-The woman accused of murdering a Dunkirk man last Thursday will appear in Dunkirk City Court this afternoon at 3 P.M.
District Attorney Patrick Swanson told regional media outlets of the hearing for Rebecca Ruiz, 28, also of Dunkirk.
Ruiz was charged last Friday with 2nd degree Murder after confessing to the killing of her late boyfriend, Julian Duman, according to testimony from a Dunkirk Police Sergeant.
Ruiz is currently in County Jail without bail.
