Ellington Man Arrested In Alleged Heroin Sting

ELLINGTON-A suspected heroin dealer was arrested Monday in Erie County on a warrant from the Town of Ellington according to the Southern Regional Drug Task Force. 

William W. Bogal, 29, 1559 Old Chautauqua Rd., allegedly sold heroin and other substances to Task Force agents at his residence.

Bogal faces charges of 3rd degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and 3rd degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance.

Bogal was transported to Chautauqua County for arraignment in the Town of Charlotte before being remanded to County Jail.

    This is what the release states: “charge stems from a complaint brought by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force alleging that BOGAL was selling heroin and other controlled substances”
