Erie Man Charged With DWI

NORTH HARMONY – An Erie, Pa. man was arrested Monday evening and charged with driving while intoxicated on I-86, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.

Zachary J. Hermann, 25, allegedly drove erratically, and the vehicle reportedly had less than two functioning tail lights.

Hermann was allegedly found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody. After processing Hermann was released with traffic tickets.

Hermann will appear in Town of North Harmony Court at a later date to answer charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08% or greater and no/inadequate tail lights.
