Falconer Man Allegedly Slaps Female, Pushes Her To Ground

FALCONER – A male allegedly slapped a female and pushed her to the ground after an argument recently at a Falconer residence, according to the Town of Ellicott Police Department.
The male, Marshall Robbins, 28, of Falconer, reportedly took off before officers arrived. Robbins was later found, arrested, and charged with second-degree harassment, disorderly conduct, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal contempt.
Robbins was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail with bail which, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, is set at $5,000.
