Falconer Man Arrested After Investigation Into Sales Of Meth

FALCONER – A village man was arrested during a raid at the Budget Inn (2 E. Main St. Apt No. 214) Tuesday evening after an investigation into the sales of methamphetamine according to the Jamestown Police Department.
Ryan L. Percey, 35, and a 15-year-old male were reportedly located with a quantity of methamphetamine, several drug paraphernalia items and numerous hypodermic needles.
Percey was arraigned and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail on charges of 5th degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2nd degree Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia, Criminally Using a Hypodermic Needle and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Members of JPD, Ellicott Police Department (EPD), Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force, NYSP CNET and the FBI were involved in the investigation and warrant execution.

An investigation needs to be made into possible involvement physically with the 15 yr old boy, he already evaded charges for sexually abusing his brother which authorities once please, please help all future victims, Ryan’s intelligence is genius level, would be able to fake lie detector test, for the love of God
