Falconer Man Faces DWI Charges

FALCONER – A traffic stop Monday on I-86 resulted in a felony driving while intoxicated charge, according to New York State Police.

Jeremy Green, 38, of Falconer, was charged with felony DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and multiple traffic violations.

Police said Green failed several sobriety tests and was arrested. He was transported to Jamestown where police said he refused to provide a breath sample.  A check of Green’s driving record revealed three convictions for DWI in the past 10 years therefore the charge was upgraded to a felony, police said.  They reported his license had been revoked and suspended multiple times for alcohol-related incidents.  Green was then processed, arraigned in the Town of Ellicott Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.  Green was also ticketed for driving without an interlock device.
