UPDATE: Chief Ohnmeiss told reporter Ryan Hedrick no arrests were made as of noontime but law enforcement is investigating “promising” leads.
FALCONER-Falconer Schools are reportedly in a “lockout” state as of 11:31 AM Monday after a man robbed the Greater Chautauqua Federal Credit Union a few hours prior.
Middle/High School Secretary Jermain told WNYNewsNow a “lockout” simply means all entrances/exits are locked. Classes will remain on schedule.

The man was donning a fake mustache and beard during the robbery according to Ellicott Police Chief William Ohnmeiss. Ohmneiss said the man is described as about 5-10 and white. He is reportedly wearing a blue hat, jeans and a Carhartt Jacket.
Ohmneiss’s department is receiving assistance from both the New York State Police and the County Sheriff’s Office.
