Forestville Man Charged With Meth Manufacturing

FORESTVILLE – A Forestville man was arrested Monday and charged in connection with a methamphetamine lab and disposal site that was discovered last Monday at 46 Pearl St., according to the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force. 
Timothy Will, 29, faces charges of third-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine and unlawful disposing of methamphetamine laboratory material.
The Task Force said they investigated a report of suspected methamphetamine-related items being stored at a garage at the aforementioned location that was allegedly used by Will and another person. More methamphetamine manufacturing items were reportedly seized during a search of the garage.
Will was arraigned and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail on $15,000 cash/$30,000 property bond pending further action of the court.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and the New York State Police CCSERT assisted in the investigation.
