Frewsburg Pair Charged In Domestic Incident

FREWSBURG – Brittany Norris, 26, and Brian Jones, 34, both of Frewsburg were arrested Monday by New York State Police following a reported domestic incident.
Troopers charged Norris with third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief and Jones with second-degree criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and harassment. The Troopers’ investigation revealed that during an argument, Jones allegedly pushed and choked Norris, after which she allegedly threw a glass bowl at Jones. The bowl shattered and shards of glass remained in Jones’ foot.
Norris and Jones were both treated at UPMC Chautauqua Hospital and arrested upon their release. Norris and Jones were both processed at SP Jamestown and released with appearance tickets. They are scheduled to appear in the town of Carroll Court later in the month to answer the charges.

  1. Why did it take six times of this to even make the news? Where kids there again? She’s pregnant and he still gets a slap on the wrist. What are you gonna do when they finally kill each other? And how is he still selling ounces of cocaine out his house, going in on week long crack binges? The where probaly on a drug bender and did like they always do. The day befor her son’s 5th birthday.
