Gerry Man Charged In Domestic Incident

GERRY – A Gerry man allegedly restrained a victim physically, preventing her from leaving an undisclosed address, before breaking a window during a domestic incident Monday according to the New York State Police. 
Torry Stephens, 36, was arrested and charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Stephens was taken into custody and processed at SP Jamestown. Stephens was arraigned in the Town of Charlotte Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
