SINCLAIRVILLE – On Monday, New York State Troopers responded to a report of a domestic dispute and charged a Gerry man with first-degree criminal contempt.
Troopers said Michael Pollaro, 33, of Gerry, was at the residence and was allegedly in violation of an order of protection. Pollaro was arrested and arraigned in Charlotte Town Court. He was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
